1. A thief was hiding in the jungle. The policemen were looking for him . They could not find him in the jungle. They went to his house.
    2. The policemen had some dogs. The dogs smelt the thief' s clothes. They helped the policemen.
    3. The dogs were in the jungle . They could remember the smell of the thief. The dogs were smelling the ground . They could smell the thief. He wasn't near them but they could smell him.
    4. The dogs were near the thief . He was hiding behind a tree. They could not see him but they could smell him. They ran towards him. The policemen followed them. They caught the thief.
