M: What do you usually do on Sundays?

玛丽：你在周日通常做什么？

D: I usually go boating or swimming.

大力：我通常去划船或者游泳。

M: Did you go boating last Sunday?

玛丽：你上周日去划船了吗？

D: No, I went to Tiger Zoo.

大力：不，我去虎园了。

M: Great! How many tigers were there?

玛丽：太棒了！那里有多少只老虎？

D: There were about ninety.

大力：大约有九十只。

M: Did you see many of them?

玛丽：你看见了许多老虎吗？

D: Yes. We were in a bus, and we could drive very near and have a good look at them.

大力：是的。我们在一辆公共汽车里面，我们可以驾驶得很近并且好好看看它们。

M: Oh! What fun! Do the tigers live a good life in the zoo?

玛丽：哦！真有趣！动物园里面的老虎生活得好吗？

D: Yes. Tigers are rare in China. So people are doing their best to protect them.
